▶  Register & Sign In

Register an account on 20beautyday.com and get a special NT$100 welcome coupon.

To create a 20 BEAUTY DAY account, follow these four quick steps:

  1. Select the Account button in the upper-right corner of 20beautyday.com
  2. Click 'Sign Up'
  3. Enter your name, email address and password on the sign-up screen or you can also sign up with your Facebook account.
  4. Select 'Sign Me Up!'

Sign in with your E-mail account or Facebook account, it allows you to checkout quickly and keep track of your orders or you won't be able  to access order history, gift certificates.

▶  How Do I Shop Online?

  1. Simply select an item from anywhere on our website, choose your amount , then select 'ADD TO CART'. 
  2. A pop-up will appear successfully adding your item to the cart, you can click ‘CHECKOUT’ if you’re finished shopping. 
  3. You will be requested to login if you haven’t already, or to create an account. 
  4. You can review your order summary and Select delivery and payment option.
  5. Apply a ‘COUPON’ code or an ‘Affiliate’ code if you have discount to use. 
  6. When you are ready to complete your order, click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button and you will be taken to the checkout page.  
  7. Enter Customer Info, Delivery Detail and Payment Detail.
  8. Click ‘PLACE ORDER’ once everything is confirmed.


Make sure you review the checkout page carefully before placing your order, as you will not be able to change the order or personal details once it has been processed. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order.

▶  Payment Option
We have only 1 payment method you can choose - Credit Card.
  1. After selecting your Delivery Method option, proceed to selecting which payment option best suits you.
  2. Enter necessary credit card information indicated on the next page.

▶  How long does shipping take?
We make every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours of their receipt.
Our goal is to get your items to you quickly. We use different shipping companies, depending on the size of your item and your location.

▶  Pre-orders

Release dates for products can sometimes change without notice or liability. If you’ve pre-ordered a product, we’ll ship it as soon as possible after its final release date, which may be different from the initial date advertised.

▶  International Shipping Costs to Consider
Customs duties, taxes, and fees: You will have to pay some combination of duties, taxes, and fees which are based on a number of factors for most international shipments:
  • Duties: Also called tariffs, customs duties are imposed by most countries on most items entering the country. They vary widely not only by country, but by where the shipment originated, what it contains, its intended use, and its value. Be sure to understand the relevant duties for the countries you are evaluating as targets.
  • Taxes: Many countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) or a General Sales Tax (GST)—in addition to customs duties—that can depend on all the same variables applied under a separate set of rules. Be sure to understand how these taxes apply to your products.
  • Fees: Some countries apply separate fees to cover the costs of moving your product through the customs clearance process.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

▶  Returns
If you are unsatisfied with
 your purchase, please contact our Customer Service within 7
 days from the date of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

▶  Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
